Returns and Refunds
At UK Bike Fit, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
90-Day Return Window
New and unused items may be returned within 90 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds will be issued:
- Lake Cycling shoes are refunded at 90% of the product value, as Lake Cycling charges us a return processing fee
We cannot accept refunds for:
- Items not returned in their original condition, or with damage or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 90 days after delivery
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives to you defective or damaged, please email info@ukbikefit.com. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement once received.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email info@ukbikefit.com with the reason for the return.

Please include your order number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
Please do not return your item to the manufacturer otherwise we will be unable to process a refund.
Refund Policy
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
