CXZ176 offers incredible performance, stability, warmth and all day comfort. With a sealed upper designed to keep your foot warm against cold wind, the CXZ176 is a great alternative to wearing shoe covers.

CX/TX Sport – The higher cadence & longer ride times which characterize road cycling require excellent foot control to avoid hot-spots & numbness. With a much closer fit than any of Lake's off-road lasts, their Sport last cradles the foot securely to prevent any unwanted movement. This last features a precisely fitted toe-box, high arch & mid width ball girth.

Outsole - Road Sport fiberglass injected nylon outsole. Only compatible with 3-bolt style road cleat and pedal systems.

Upper - Clarino Microfiber & mesh upper. The CXZ176 features form fitting and durable microfiber with a comfortable and secure BOA® closure. Front 1/2 toe to midfoot features 200gram Thinsulate Insulation to give a comfortable & insulating barrier for increased warmth and cold wind resistance.

Closure - BOA® Fit System L6 dial with power strap in the forefoot. The L6 dial offers a precise, micro-adjustable fit, maximum impact protection and durability.

Temperature Rating - Down to 25°F/-4°C

Water Resistance - The uppers are treated with a durable water resistant (DWR) coating that will wear away over time. Lake recommend reapplying a DWR spray 1-2 times a year for moderate riders and every 2-3 wet rides for daily riders.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the whole UK including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and the Isle of Man. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

Parcels to Jersey and Guernsey may need a customs declaration, which we complete for you. Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can occasionally take a little longer than to the UK mainland.

Standard Shipping — £3.99, usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days
Express Shipping — £5.99, usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days

Options and an estimated date are shown at checkout. Some items are ordered in from suppliers before they are sent out, which is why Standard Shipping can take up to 5 working days. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Returns

We offer 90-day returns. You have 90 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in a resealable condition, including tags where supplied. Fitted, custom or special-order items may not be returnable — ask us before you buy if you’re unsure.

Cycling shoes

Cycling shoes can be returned within the 90-day window if they are unused and in their original packaging in a resealable condition. Due to an admin fee, approved refunds for shoes are for 90% of the product value.

Cleats must not have been fitted to the shoes. Shoes that have been ridden, worn outdoors, heat-moulded or had cleats installed cannot be returned.

How to return

Log in to your account and open the returns portal.
Open the order and tap Request a return, then choose the item(s).
Follow the on-screen steps for a return label and drop-off instructions.

If you cannot access the portal, email info@ukbikefit.com or use our contact form (choose “Return or exchange”).

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and check your return, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
