How to measure
Measure your feet in 5 steps
- 1
Trace your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper wearing your cycling socks and trace around your foot. Then use a ruler to draw a line at the furthest point on all four sides.

Measure the length
Measure from point 1 (heel) to point 2 (your longest toe — first or second) in millimetres. Then add 7mm.
- 3
Measure the width
Measure from point 3 to point 4 across the widest part of your foot. You don’t need to add anything to this one.

Repeat on the other foot
Most people’s feet are slightly different sizes. Choose the shoe that fits your larger foot comfortably.
