Cleat wedges are used to correct foot pronation, increase proprioception and provide better stability and control whilst cycling. They are also used to indirectly alter knee angle to reduce lateral or medial knee pain associated with bad leg tracking. Cleat wedges angle the rider's shoe/foot by means of changing the angle between cleat and shoe.

Cleat wedges are used to correct foot pronation, increase proprioception and provide better stability and control whilst cycling. They are also used to indirectly alter knee angle to reduce lateral or medial knee pain associated with bad leg tracking.

Cleat wedges angle the rider's shoe/foot by means of changing the angle between cleat and shoe. Each wedge offers 1 degree of tilt and multiple wedges can be used to achieve the desired angle.

Wedges are best fitted during a bike fit session or within a pedaling/power assessment. However, they can also be fitted judiciously by riders themselves providing the exercise is done in a controlled manner.

Universal 3-hole cleat wedges are compatible with Shimano SPDSL, Look style 3-hole cleats and Time/Mavic pedals.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the whole UK including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) and the Isle of Man. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

Parcels to Jersey and Guernsey may need a customs declaration, which we complete for you. Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can occasionally take a little longer than to the UK mainland.

Express Shipping — £5.99, usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days

Options and an estimated date are shown at checkout. Some items are ordered in from suppliers before they are sent out, which is why Standard Shipping can take up to 5 working days. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Returns

We offer 90-day returns. You have 90 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging, including tags where supplied. Fitted, custom or special-order items may not be returnable — ask us before you buy if you’re unsure.

Lake cycling shoes

Lake Cycling shoes can still be returned within the 90-day window if they are unused and in original packaging. Because Lake charges us a return processing fee, approved refunds for Lake shoes are for 90% of the product value.

Cleats must not have been fitted to the shoes. Shoes that have been ridden, worn outdoors, heat-moulded or had cleats installed cannot be returned.

How to return

Log in to your account and open the returns portal.
Select the order and item(s) you want to return.
Follow the on-screen steps for a return label and drop-off instructions.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and check your return, we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
