Are you ready to train like a pro in one of Europe’s premier cycling destinations? UK Bike Fit invites you to experience a week-long cycling camp in Girona, offering the same services and support typically reserved for professional cyclists. For one week, you’ll be treated like a professional cyclist, with a full team of experts dedicated to your performance and well-being.

Led by UK Bike Fit’s specialised team of expert bike fitters, physiotherapists, and cycling coaches, this camp is built to push your limits and improve your performance. While there will be time to relax in luxury surroundings and enjoy the scenery, the core focus will be on structured training—this is not your average cycling holiday. If you’re looking to enhance your fitness, optimise your training, and ride with purpose, this camp is for you.

Why Girona?
Home to many professional cyclists, Girona is renowned for its perfect roads, challenging climbs, and stunning scenery. You’ll ride iconic routes and climbs known among the pros, such as Rocacorba and Els Angels, but with the key difference that this camp emphasises structured, results-driven training. The UK Bike Fit team will ensure that every ride and session is designed with a purpose—so you get the most out of your time on and off the bike.

Pro Treatment From Our Specialist Team

The UK Bike Fit Team is uniquely equipped to deliver the full pro-cyclist treatment, to you.

Throughout your training camp, you’ll be supported by a team skilled in Bike Fitting, Physiology Testing, Coaching, Physiotherapy, Massage, and Group Classes such as Yoga and Conditioning. These are the same services available to professional cyclists on elite training camps, and we’re thrilled to offer them to our clients—bringing the professional experience directly to you.

All of these services are available as optional extras, allowing you to build an individually-tailored training camp experience. This is, of course, in addition to the stunning training rides we have planned – each expertly crafted and adapted to your individual physiology by our Performance Coach – to maximise your results and make the most of your week of training.

Pre- and post-ride physiotherapy and massage are available on request to keep you performing at your best. Each ride will be fully supported by a team car, equipped with mechanical support as well as ride nutrition and hydration to keep you fuelled and ready for every session.

Luxury Accomodation and Catering

We really wanted to provide a setting fit for World Tour cyclists… so we were incredibly excited to secure the exclusive Mas Can Falqués estate as our camp’s luxurious base.

Nestled within a breathtaking 20-hectare estate, Mas Can Falqués features a charming, private rural villa complete with its own swimming pool, offering a tranquil yet inspiring environment to unwind after a day of training. This stunning location provides not only unmatched luxury but also prime access to Girona’s world-renowned cycling roads—ensuring every ride starts right from the best possible setting. This stunning villa also provides an inspiring setting for optional group activities, including yoga and conditioning sessions offered throughout the week.

We’ve extended your pro-cyclist experience to every meal. To support your recovery and enhance your stay, we’ve enlisted exceptional private caterers who will serve fresh, locally-sourced meals each morning and evening. Every meal is thoughtfully crafted to fuel your training and immerse you in the vibrant flavours of the region. With live cooking and varied culinary experiences, we’ve pulled out all the stops to secure the services of Akos and his team. Dietary requirements? No problem—we’re happy to accommodate any needs to ensure every meal is as satisfying as it is flavourful.

Personalised Training and Coaching

What truly sets our training camp apart is the addition of your own personal cycling coach for the week. Ewan Mackie, our expert Performance Coach, will be with you every step of the way, tailoring your experience to meet your specific goals. Before the camp, you’ll have a one-on-one consultation with Ewan to discuss your objectives, allowing him to craft a bespoke training plan for your week. Each workout will be individually designed for you, seamlessly integrated into our supported group rides to ensure you’re maximising every session and getting closer to your goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to ride alongside Ewan throughout the week, receiving real-time feedback on your sessions along with valuable insights and advice from our Professional Performance Coach.

Performance Enhancing Support

As well Performance Coaching, to ensure we elevate your performance during this camp, we’re offering the same specialised support services that the pros rely on—Physiology Testing, Bike Fitting, Physiotherapy, and Massage. Our expert team is available to work with you both prior to the camp and during your stay. To maximise your time in sunny Girona, we recommend visiting our studio beforehand to start the Bike Fitting and Physiology Testing process; however, if that’s not possible, we’re fully equipped to provide these services on-site in Girona.

We can also conduct Lactate Threshold Testing on the roads, delivering real-time physiological insights to fine-tune your training sessions for maximum impact. Our approach is entirely holistic: we integrate your Physiology results into your Coach-crafted Training Plan, ensuring a personalised progression. We combine insights from your Bike Fit assessment with Physiotherapy and Massage treatments to target and strengthen your areas of need. Our unique support team gives you a comprehensive, interconnected support system for peak performance.

If that wasn’t enough, you’ll have the option to join in our off-the-bike activities, such as Yoga or Strength and Conditioning. We’ll adapt the classes we provide based on individual requests to ensure everyone receives a tailor-made experience.

Daily overview Example

Monday, April 14th

You’ll arrive at Mas Can Falqués estate from midday, where you’ll have time to meet the team, set up your bike (with support if needed), and settle into the stunning surroundings. Take a dip in the pool or go for a short spin to prepare for your first day of training.

Tuesday, April 15th

The start of an incredible week of cycling awaits. After a good breakfast, we’ll head out onto some of the finest tarmac a cyclist could wish for! Today will be a big day on the pedals and some intense intervals will be completed to make the most of your fresh legs. After our fairly long ride, we’ll return to the villa and refuel. The evening will be your own, so get a massage, have some down time and relax before Day 3.

Wednesday, April 16th

Get ready for another high-volume day on the bike, so be sure to fuel up with a solid breakfast! Today’s route promises more stunning scenery and iconic climbs. Your session will have been individually crafted by Coach Ewan, but as always, we’ll spend most of the day riding together. After the ride, there’s plenty of time to unwind, enjoy some great food, and relax with a dip in the pool.

Thursday, April 17th

A well-deserved, lighter day awaits, but you’ll still enjoy plenty of scenic, traffic-free roads as we ride toward the beautiful Costa Brava coastline. With less mountainous terrain, it’s an easier day in the saddle while still getting in solid volume. After a relaxed lunch stop, we’ll make our way back to the villa to wind down for the evening.

Friday, April 18th

Rest Day. After three days of hard work, it’s time for some well-earned R&R. The day is yours to spend however you like in sunny Girona. Explore the historic old town, head to beaches of the Costa Brava, take a leisurely swim, or simply relax and recharge with a massage at the villa.

Saturday, April 19th

After a restful day, it’s time to get back to more beautiful tarmac with some challenging intervals, each individually set for you by Coach Ewan. We’ll head out as a group to tackle another iconic climb, offering support throughout your session. Once the hard work is done, we’ll relax over lunch and coffee before making our way back to the villa for another fantastic meal.

Sunday, April 20th

It’s our final day of riding, and we’re going to make it count! We’ll end the week with a long ride on some of the region’s best roads. Setting off as a group, we’ll head to a scenic climb where those who want can push themselves one last time. Today’s the day to leave it all on the road, before returning to Mas Can Falqués for a final, memorable meal.

Monday, April 21st

It’s time to head home after an unforgettable week of cycling. We’ll follow up with you post-camp to provide guidance and direction, helping you build on the fitness gains you achieved in Girona.

This is just an example of what to expect during your training camp, but we’re flexible and committed to accommodating individual needs as much as possible. That means we might adjust certain rides or evening activities as needed. If it benefits the group, we can even run two separate rides in a day or shift the schedule to work around the weather, ensuring the best experience for everyone.
