Returns Policy<\/h2>

At UK Bike Fit, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we\u2019re here to help.<\/p>

90 Day Return Window: You can return new and unused items within 90 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To place a return please email info@ukbikefit.com to inform us that you are returning the item and the reason why. Then post the item to:<\/p>

Include your order number so that we can trace the order back to you to issue your refund. Please note that returns are paid for by the customer. On receipt of the item we will inspect the condition and then issue a refund. If we suspect that the item has been used we will be unable to issue you a refund.<\/p>

Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item is defective or damaged, please email info@ukbikefit.com<\/a>. We will arrange a free return for you and when the item is received we will provide a replacement.<\/p>
