Introducing our training plans
Our training plans for cyclists are expertly designed by our Professional Cycling Coach, Ewan Mackie, to help you achieve specific goals, such as improving endurance, building your top-end, or preparing for a target race.
Each plan balances intensity and recovery, ensuring steady improvement over time. By incorporating targeted workouts, and recovery strategies, the plans are optimised for performance while minimising the risk of injury or burn-out.
With expert guidance and clear milestones, you can confidently track your progress and stay motivated as you work towards your goals. With all our training plans, we also offer the choice of a “Supported” or “Unsupported” Plan. If you choose a Supported option, our Coach will contact you before you start your plan, to tweak and schedule the workouts around your other commitments. You’ll also receive FREE COACHING for one month after the plan ends, to ensure your continue to progress further,
