Supported Training Plan

✅ Ongoing Support: You won’t go through this journey alone! At the end of the training plan, we’ll schedule a review call to analyse your progress and suggest the next steps so you continue to improve.

Unsupported Training Plan
For those who prefer to go it alone, the Unsupported Training Plan still provides the same high-quality sessions and expertly designed programme. The only difference is that we won’t contact you to help tweak and schedule the plan around your other commitments.
Both options provide excellent value, but if you want the most effective, personalised training experience, the Supported Plan is for you. Take your training to the next level with ongoing support and coaching!
What improvements will you make during this plan?
This plan is designed to improve your base endurance. Your aerobic endurance is the essential building block needed to allow to you make improvements to other training specifics later down the line.
You will:
– Improve your resistance to fatigue
– Be able to ride for longer, without tiring
– Increase your aerobic “engine”
What is involved during this Training Plan?
Sessions in this training plan consist of a mix of low intensity endurance rides, alongside some Sweetspot and Tempo intervals.
Weekly Commitment
Average Hours per Week – 9 hours
Average Sessions per Week – 5 rides
Average Sessions per Week at Moderate Intensity – 3 sessions
Training Peaks Instructions
When purchasing this training plan, please make sure you enter the same email address that is linked to your Training Peaks account. The Training Plan will be then be sent directly to your Training Peaks account. Training Peaks is a free platform which lays out your sessions day-by-day for you to follow. Training Peaks links to the vast majority of other training tools and apps (Wahoo, Garmin, Strava, etc), so your workouts will be sent automatically to your chosen training app.
