Any change we make to your bike’s position will naturally change your body’s position. This might mean muscles that are tight start to be stretched, or weak and under-used muscles start to become stronger and more active when pedalling. Joints that have become stiff may also need to be more flexible to allow you to achieve the position you need.
If we don’t address those weak or tight muscles and allow those stiff joints to bear the brunt of your position, existing pains can linger. If left long enough, you may even develop new symptoms.
